How much does shipping cost?

• Free on orders over $75.

• Under $75:

  USA, UK, Canada, Australia: $4.95 (all products), $3.95 (phone cases)

  Global: $12.95 (all products), $9.95 (phone cases)

When will I receive my order?

• Production & Packing: 2–6 days (2–5 days artwork + 1 day print/pack).

• Transit:

  USA: 3–5 business days

  Canada/UK/Australia: 5–7 business days

  Europe: 5–10 business days

  Rest of World: 10–15 business days

  Holidays (Nov–Dec) may add 1–3 extra days.

How can I track my package?

• You’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as it ships.

• You can also view status in your account dashboard.

Ordering & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

• Yes—email support@reallypawfect.com within 12 hours of purchase. After that, customization begins and we can’t cancel.

What if I’m not happy with my product?

• We’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. Email support@reallypawfect.com and we’ll offer a free revision or exchange.

Customization & Photos

Do I need to remove the background?

• No! Upload the original photo—our designers will handle background removal, retouching, and color correction.

How do I know my photo is good enough?

• Ensure it’s high-resolution, well-lit, and in focus. Close-ups of your pet’s face or unique features work best. If your photo won’t work, we’ll reach out with tips or request a new image.

Multi-Pet & Memorial Portraits

Can I include multiple pets?

• Yes—you can add up to 3 pets per portrait at no extra charge. For more, email us for a custom quote.

Do you create memorial pieces?

• Absolutely. Send a photo of your departed pet; our artists will craft a heartfelt commemorative portrait.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are PCI-compliant and secure.

Do you offer discounts or loyalty rewards?

How should I care for my artwork?

• Keep out of direct sunlight and high humidity. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
